How We Process Your Data

Data Controller vs Processor

For your customer data, ConfluenceOS acts as a Data Processor. You remain the Data Controller. For account data, OpenOS Technologies Pvt Ltd acts as the Data Controller.

Data Processing Agreement

We provide a comprehensive Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that outlines our commitments and responsibilities as a data processor under GDPR.

Sub-Processors

We use a limited number of sub-processors, all of which are GDPR compliant. We maintain an up-to-date list and notify customers of any changes.
